Not all warranties and company policies were created equally. Just as it’s important to carefully examine new or used auto parts prior to purchase, Rock and Roll Auto Recycling recommends you review the warranty that comes with the part, as well as the return and refund policy. Rock and Roll gives cash refunds, while many others don’t, but there is a 25% charge on all returned parts. We stand by our parts, warranties, and our service, everyday of the year. Engines are guaranteed 90 days from date of sale against crank failure, cracked block, head or rod bearing failure. Accessories are not guaranteed, warranty is voided if failure is caused by improper installation or abuse. Cooling system must be checked prior to use. Heat tabs must be un-melted. Labor is not covered in any way. Warranty is void if engine is disassembled.

While there are countless facilities that are dismantling illegally, be sure you are buying from a licensed dismantler. It’s your best insurance for quality used parts, while knowing that licensed and insured dismantlers handle the various fluids and remaining scrap in an environmentally responsible manner.
